OUR PROVISIONS
OUR OPTIONS
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Our goal is to assist families but not to be intrusive. We require book reports from younger students and research papers and final exams from high school students. Parents will maintain daily lesson plans and weekly grades. The fee for a non-diploma seeking family is $350/year. Families with high school students pay $400/year for the diploma program. There is an additional graduatino fee for seniors of $65, which makes the registration fee $465/year for seniors. There are additional charges for some of the options listed above.

THE H.O.M.E. TUTORIAL PROGRAM AT ARLINGTON
The Arlington Baptist H.O.M.E program was expanded a couple years ago to also include a home-school tutorial service. The H.O.M.E. Tutorial supports the home-school family by offering twice-a-week courses for home-schooled children at various grade levels
TUTORIAL'S VISION
The vision of the H.O.M.E. Tutorial Program is to support parents in their educational philosophy by offering a tutorial that will contribute to the overall educational experience and thereby support parents in their God-given responsibility to educate their children at home.
TUTORIAL'S PURPOSE
The purpose of the H.O.M.E. Tutorial is to provide a support ministry to those parents who have elected to instruct their children at home.
TUTORIAL'S OPTIONS
Classes are open to all home-schooling families. You do not have to be enrolled in the H.O.M.E. Program in order to take classes from the Arlington Baptist School H.O.M.E. Tutorial. However, it is required to be in the H.O.M.E. Program if you are interested in taking classes in the Arlington Baptist Day School, playing on their sports teams, or participating in the Fine Arts programs.
Academic Classes (all grades)
Special Area Classes (all grades)
Classes will only be offered if there is enough interest and available tutors.
TUTORIAL TUITION REQUIREMENTS
The parent is responsible for full tution payment even in the event of the withdrawal of the student from the ABS H.O.M.E. Tutorial. (The only exception to this is a "drastic" change in the status of the family such as a move, illness, or death in the immediate family.) The parent is also responsible for supplying the required books and supplies needed for class.
The student will attend classes only when the tuition account is in good standing. If an account becomes past due, the student will be asked to suspend attendance until the account is current or other arrangements have been made. If there are extenuating circumstances, you must make payment arrangements with the H.O.M.E. Director and the Business Office.
