$100 per golfer
(Includes green fee, cart rental, practice balls, and lunch)

- Gold Sponsor – $500
- Longest Drive Sponsor – $500
- Closest to the Pin Sponsor – $500

All registration fees and sponsorship payments are due by Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
